By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ss77d platform available at ss77d.net (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ss77d ("ss77d", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Your continued use of the ss77d Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

Access to and use of the ss77d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age to participate in casino-style gambling is 21 years old. ss77d strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. ss77d is operated under PAGCOR regulation and is primarily intended for players within the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ss77d or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or regulatory partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ss77d Platform or any related platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must be the registered owner or authorised user of the GCash, Maya, bank account, or other payment method used to transact on the Platform.

ss77d reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. This may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full features of the ss77d Platform, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One account per person: Each Player may maintain only one active account on the ss77d Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ss77d is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ss77d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ss77d immediately via live chat or email at support@ss 77d.net. ss77d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to notify us in a timely manner.
• Non-transferability: Your ss77d account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

ss77d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

All financial transactions on the ss77d Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: ss77d currently supports GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ for deposits and withdrawals. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to standard anti-money laundering verification requirements.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly and credited to your ss77d account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Standard processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and Maya withdrawals and up to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.
• Verification requirements: ss77d may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine financial laws.
• Incomplete wagering: Funds subject to active wagering requirements (e.g., bonus-linked funds) cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.

ss77d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who hold a verified ss77d account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games during a bonus wagering period may not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• ss77d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other form of fraud.
• A Player may only receive each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or repeatable offer.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

The following general betting rules apply across all game categories on the ss77d Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ss77d system. In the event of a technical fault or communication error occurring before confirmation, the bet will be deemed void and any staked funds returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the game interface. ss77d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Manifest errors: ss77d reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or a system malfunction — regardless of whether the error was made by ss77d or a third-party provider. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• Incomplete games: If a game is interrupted before completion due to a technical failure on the ss77d side, the bet will be settled according to the game's recorded state at the time of interruption, or voided with stakes returned, at ss77d's discretion.
• Final decisions: In all disputes regarding game outcomes, the result recorded in ss77d's system shall be treated as the definitive and binding result, subject to review by the Player Relations team where a formal complaint is lodged.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ss77d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other Players or circumvents the normal operation of games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting activity with other Players for the purpose of defrauding ss77d or manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to ss77d immediately and will be subject to review and possible forfeiture.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with ss77d.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, identity theft, or any other unlawful purpose under Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward ss77d staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

ss77d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all Players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to our Players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ss77d Players and can be activated directly from your account settings without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your ss77d account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. All self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform software;
• Use any ss77d trademark, logo, or brand element for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from ss77d;
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ss77d's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ss77d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ss77d's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ss77d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ss77d does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or technical faults;
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe;
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components, although ss77d takes reasonable steps to maintain platform security.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ss77d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

ss77d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• A directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification and any applicable legal holds.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ss77d support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ss77d operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ss77d's Player Relations team. ss77d will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

ss77d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, sending a notification to your registered email address.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required by law), changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page each time you visit ss77d to stay informed of the current Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
